Pauline’s roots in Ludes are going back to 7th generations. She choses to make vintage Champagnes every year since 2019 to create a bottled picture of her terroir Family domaine.
Small production from Ludes 1er Cru vineyard, just over 10000 bottles. Only 2ha old vineyard of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Petit Meslier planted on light clays and limestone soil.
One wine per Millesime with the intention to build an archive of the Ludes terroir.
Grapes selection from old vines, for the maturity and quality of their berries.
Guided and inspired by Raphaël Bérêche. Slow fermentation in barrels, ageing on lees, +48 months of cellaring on laths.
