Antonio “Tonio” Quari is the winemaker at Domaine Prieure Roch; having learned under the close tutelage of Henry-Frederic Roch and Yannick Champ he is now making some of his own wine. His passion and vision are made clear with the motto on his label Non Progredi est Regredi: “To not go forward is to go backward”.
