We are delighted to share the news that Clement Robert MS will join Wine Source Group as Global Head of Melchior Club, from 12th June 2023. Clement will head the international Melchior Club team from London and will report to our Global Commercial Director, Thomas Lambert.
It gives us great pleasure to welcome another high-profile colleague to the team. Clement Robert MS is a renowned talent of the hospitality industry in London. Following an illustrious career in premium wine service – including being awarded best UK sommelier in 2013 – he was recently leading the wine program for the Birley clubs, including Annabel’s, Mark’s Club and Harry’s Bar. He brings to Melchior Club his in-depth knowledge and intuitive understanding of what members of a top-level club may expect.
Clement is joining us at an exciting time, as we continue to expand the business. Our portfolio is growing; recent agency signings include Champagne Domaine Les Monts Fournois, a new project from vigneron Juliette Alips and her cousins the Bérèche brothers; the “secret” label from Frédéric Savart’s talented hands, Éphémère; new bright Champagne star Jean-Marc Sélèque; the top-rated Provençal rosé Château Peyrassol; and the super-cult Japanese Pinot Noirs from Domaine Takahiko.
