Fragrant and deeply layered, Nenin 2022 is a true delight for Pomerol lovers. For the first time, a section of Cabernet Franc planted in 2015 has been incorporated in the blend, lending vivacious notes and lifted aromatics, elevating Nenin above its peers. The balance here is sublime, with luscious fruit and nervy acidity, promising a long life ahead. A complete Pomerol for the ages. The Delon family knocked it out of the park in 2022, and all the wines under their tenure are shining this year. Nenin is one not to be missed. Simply delicious.

The WINE ADVOCATE
“The 2022 Nenin delivers aromas of cherries, violets, sweet berries and rose petals, followed by a medium to full-bodied, deep and fleshy palate that’s rich, succulent and seamless, its ample core of fruit largely concealing its sweet, powdery tannins.”

The WINE INDIPEDENT
“A blend of 64% Merlot and 36% Cabernet Franc, the 2022 Nenin is deep garnet-purple in color. It skips out of the glass with bright, vivacious notes of kirsch, black cherry compote, and juicy plums, plus touches of garrigue, star anise, and Sichuan pepper. The medium to full-bodied palate is plush and soft spoken, with layers of fragrant black fruit and a long spicy finish.”
